Strengths: They have a great firstbasemen in Frohwirth, so don't expect much to change there. Chicago has one strong starter. They have a solid bullpen, with no discernable weakspots.
Weaknesses: Chicago's looking to replace their older catcher with a little youth. Management would like to find someone to play third baseman and shortstop for them. They need three quality outfielders. They need one quality starter in the top of the rotation. Quite frankly, the Windbags don't have any true setup men, closers or middle relievers, so one has to imagine that's high on their wishlist.
