Pitching
If you're going in to face Tep, better be wearing plenty of protection. He's wild. You know, some times I think I can throw harder than Tep, and that's saying a lot. Tep has no endurance. He's good for an inning an outing, tops. He's almost as effective against righthanders as he is versus lefthanders.

Defense & Hitting
A shaky fielder, he's slow to react to grounders and often looks unsure on his throws to the bases. Tep does a very poor job of holding baserunners because of his deliberate move to home plate. Tep is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Tep has some pop in his swing. Interesting sidenote, The Free Agents have been known to use Tep as a pinch-runner on occasion.

2014 Outlook
But if you ask me, I'll pass on Tep.
