Rupert Stovall
First Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
But Rupert's detracters are quick to call attention to his ongoing struggles at the plate with men on base. Stovall always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
He might not deliver for you at the plate, but Stovall can certainly deliver in the field. He is an exceptional fielder. His arm is accurate enough. Stovall isn't a good baserunner. He doesn't get good jumps on steals nor runs sharp routes around the bases.
