Arron Spruill
Third Baseman | Free Agents
Hitting He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. The Free Agents do tend to sit Spruill when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.
Baserunning & Defense He doesn't get good jumps on grounders, but his routes are fine and his hands aren't bad. His arm is accurate enough. He has below-average speed and is stiff on the basepath. He's poor on a straight steal but has some success at reading pitchers and working a delayed steal.
