Bill Smith
Starting Pitcher | Retired or Inactive Players
Pitching He's got a really stong arm, so he can blow it by you on occasion. Smith's fastball is a tick above average, in the 90-91 MPH range on most nights. If you're going in to face Smith, better be wearing plenty of protection. He's wild. He traditionally fares better against lefties.
Defense & Hitting Smith's move to first base is average. Smith is nothing special in the field. Smith is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Smith has some pop in his swing. Interesting sidenote, The Retired or Inactive Players have been known to use Smith as a pinch-runner on occasion.
