Hitting
In past seasons, Silvia has been a bit of a liability with men on base. He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
Silvia plays a flawless right fielder, making very few errors. His arm is well above average both in strength and accuracy. Silvia isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out.

2014 Outlook
In two full big league seasons, Silvia already has done more than what scouts projected when he came out of college.
