Hitting
He has the mental discipline to handle clutch situations. This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. Any manager would love to have this guy on his bench. He's a perfect for pinch hitting against a lefty reliever. You can expect Abbott Sell to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Sell you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough. He generally takes one base at a time, though he'll take advantage if an outfielder gets lackadaisical.
