Felix Rosensteel
Catcher | Detroit Polar Bears

Hitting
He has the mental discipline to handle clutch situations. Rosensteel was a line-drive hitter when he first came up, but over the last few years has become more of a true home-run hitter, lofting more high flyballs. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. His strength is in the gaps.

Baserunning & Defense
Rosensteel isn't a fluid catcher, but he's not afraid to get dirty and gets the job done. His biggest problem in the field simply has to be his throwing arm... it's well below par. Rosensteel isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out.

2014 Outlook
Rosensteel performance in AAA is making it difficult for the Detroit Polar Bears to ignore him much longer. Expect his name to be on the September call-up list.
