Hitting
Rogers never has been a patient hitter. Rogers always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. It's hard to explain but Honey Rogers plays much better on the road then he does at home.

Baserunning & Defense
He steals a few bases with his combination of quickness and a decent first step. His defense is solid but unspectacular. He's also one of the better throwing centerfielders in the league.

2014 Outlook
If Rogers doesn't perform, the Retired or Inactive Players won't hesitate to send him down to the minors.
