Pitching
Reiser likes to get hitters looking down and away, then ties them up by coming inside with hard stuff, getting a lot of groundball outs. Reiser can get into trouble with walks, and there's concern about him being able to maintain his stuff over the whole season. Reiser also has a decent changeup. His stuff becomes less sharp as he gets into the late innings. He attacks lefties and righties with similar success.

Defense & Hitting
He isn't especially quick off the mound but generally fields his position adequately. Reiser doesn't make much of an attempt to combat the running game. Basestealers ran at will last year. Reiser is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Reiser has some pop in his swing. Interesting sidenote, The Free Agents have been known to use Reiser as a pinch-runner on occasion.

2014 Outlook
I just don't know if The Free Agents are ever going to get what they expect out of him.
