Al Ranew
Shortstop | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. Ranew always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. The Retired or Inactive Players do tend to sit Ranew when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.

Baserunning & Defense
He doesn't get good jumps on grounders, but his routes are fine and his hands aren't bad. His arm is accurate enough. His speed is below average and he's not a threat to steal.
