He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
His arm and range are average, and he has a tendency to get lazy with his feet. Randolph isn't a good baserunner. He doesn't get good jumps on steals nor runs sharp routes around the bases.
