Hitting
The book on Puccinelli is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. Puccinelli always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. The Free Agents do tend to sit Puccinelli when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.

Baserunning & Defense
He doesn't get good jumps on grounders, but his routes are fine and his hands aren't bad. His arm is accurate enough. He has no speed at all and runs the bases conservatively.
