He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. The Chicago Windbags do tend to sit Palilla when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.

Baserunning & Defense
His defense is solid but unspectacular. His arm is accurate enough. Palilla is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat.

2014 Outlook
If Palilla doesn't perform, the Chicago Windbags won't hesitate to send him down to the minors.
