Bob Osteen
Second Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
In past seasons, Osteen has been a bit of a liability with men on base. This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Bob Osteen to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
His glovework leaves a lot to be desired. His biggest problem in the field simply has to be his throwing arm... it's well below par. Osteen's absolutely no threat to steal and doubles must be obvious for him to chance advancing.
