Hitting
Nen always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. The Dublin Deadbeat Drunks do tend to sit Nen when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.

Baserunning & Defense
Nen isn't a fluid first baseman, but he's not afraid to get dirty and gets the job done. His arm is accurate enough. Nen doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a few bases each season without getting caught very often.
