This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. But Kevin's detracters are quick to call attention to his ongoing struggles at the plate with men on base. He hangs in well against lefthanders' breaking balls, and some of the pitchers he hits best are the southpaw specialists often brought in to face him. You can expect Kevin Mills to pull the ball.

Baserunning & Defense
Minor league scouts have accused Mills of being a liability in the field. His biggest problem in the field simply has to be his throwing arm... it's well below par. Mills's absolutely no threat to steal and doubles must be obvious for him to chance advancing.
