Les Miller
Starting Pitcher | Retired or Inactive Players
Pitching He's unflappable on the mound, possessing the confidence to throw any of his offerings at any time in the count. He's a pretty good ground-ball pitcher, which I like because ground balls stay in the park. Miller can get into trouble with walks, and there's concern about him being able to maintain his stuff over the whole season. He has an above-average changeup and the ability to throw from a variety of arm angles. He's almost as effective against lefthanders as he is versus righthanders.
Defense & Hitting His pickoff move is only fair. Miller is nothing special in the field.
