Jack Midkiff
Catcher | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
Midkiff never has been a patient hitter. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. He rarely pulls pitches, preferring to shoot line drives to right-center.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Midkiff you're not putting him in for his glove. Jack's arm leaves a little to be a desired. He generally takes one base at a time, though he'll take advantage if an outfielder gets lackadaisical.
