Wes Loman
Starting Pitcher | Retired or Inactive Players

Pitching
Loman can get into trouble with walks, and there's concern about him being able to maintain his stuff over the whole season. His fastball gets into the high 80s, but it's the sink that makes the pitch effective. Loman also has a decent changeup. Loman also throws a screwball. His stuff becomes less sharp as he gets into the late innings. He changes speeds well enough to keep righthanders from teeing off on him.

Defense & Hitting
He has quick feet and can catch runners napping at first or second base. Loman is nothing special in the field. Loman is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Loman has some pop in his swing. Interesting sidenote, The Retired or Inactive Players have been known to use Loman as a pinch-runner on occasion.
