Hitting
Logwood always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hangs in well against lefthanders' breaking balls, and some of the pitchers he hits best are the southpaw specialists often brought in to face him.

Baserunning & Defense
Logwood has better-than-average speed, and he has made himself into a solid basestealer by developing a quick first step and studying the moves of pitchers. Logwood isn't a fluid right fielder, but he's not afraid to get dirty and gets the job done. He's also one of the better throwing rightfielders in the league.
