Copernicus Kepfler
Starting Pitcher | Retired or Inactive Players

Pitching
Kepfler will give up home runs, but rarely with the game on the line. Kepfler can get into trouble with walks, and there's concern about him being able to maintain his stuff over the whole season. His fastball gets into the high 80s, but it's the sink that makes the pitch effective. His pitches lose some movement when he pitches from the stretch position. This man owns lefties. Put it this way, if your lineup is full of them, you might want rethink your lineup.

Defense & Hitting
A quick pickoff move and a slide step prevent runners from stealing bases. He isn't especially quick off the mound but generally fields his position adequately. Kepfler is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Kepfler has some pop in his swing. Interesting sidenote, The Retired or Inactive Players have been known to use Kepfler as a pinch-runner on occasion.
