Hitting
Kazak never has been a patient hitter. I tell you, it's a real trip to watch this guy play. He gives 110% all the time... unfortunately that means he tends to run out of gas as the game wears on. He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. He hangs in well against lefthanders' breaking balls, and some of the pitchers he hits best are the southpaw specialists often brought in to face him. It's hard to explain but Moe Kazak plays much better on the road then he does at home.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Kazak you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough. Kazak has below-average speed and is a poor baserunner.
