Paul Jackson
Catcher | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
He has the mental discipline to handle clutch situations. He doesn't perform well against right-handed pitching.

Baserunning & Defense
Soft hands and nimble feet make Jackson one of the top fielding catchers in the game. His arm strength is well above average and runners rarely try to take liberties against him. Jackson is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat.

2014 Outlook
Jackson performance in AAA is making it difficult for the Retired or Inactive Players to ignore him much longer. Expect his name to be on the September call-up list.
