Hitting
One of the nice things about James is that he's a real clutch hitter. This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. He hangs in well against lefthanders' breaking balls, and some of the pitchers he hits best are the southpaw specialists often brought in to face him. You can expect James Huntsberry to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
He has below-average speed and is stiff on the basepath. He's poor on a straight steal but has some success at reading pitchers and working a delayed steal. Huntsberry doesn't read balls well off the bat, misses cutoff men consistently and floats throws to the infield. James's arm leaves a little to be a desired.
