Rube Hershiser
First Baseman | Free Agents

Hitting
Hershiser seems to become especially focused in big situations. Hershiser never has been a patient hitter. Hershiser always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. The Free Agents do tend to sit Hershiser when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.

Baserunning & Defense
Minor league scouts have accused Hershiser of being a liability in the field. His biggest problem in the field simply has to be his throwing arm... it's well below par. Hershiser's absolutely no threat to steal and doubles must be obvious for him to chance advancing.
