Phil Henry
Third Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
Let's face facts: Henry hits a lot of ground balls... and in my book, if you're slow of foot and put the ball on the ground, you're bound to get tied up in the double play. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
Henry isn't a fluid third baseman, but he's not afraid to get dirty and gets the job done. His arm is accurate, and he knows when to unload or take his time. His speed is below average and he's not a threat to steal.

2014 Outlook
If Henry doesn't perform, the Retired or Inactive Players won't hesitate to send him down to the minors.
