The book on Heiser is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. Heiser always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
He's an adequate centerfielders who is helped by his experience. His arm is accurate enough. Heiser isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out.
