Frank Healy
First Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
In past seasons, Healy has been a bit of a liability with men on base. The book on Healy is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. The Retired or Inactive Players do tend to sit Healy when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.

Baserunning & Defense
His glovework leaves a lot to be desired. His biggest problem in the field simply has to be his throwing arm... it's well below par. Healy isn't a good baserunner. He doesn't get good jumps on steals nor runs sharp routes around the bases.
