Hitting
Hart always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. Even though you might not start him, he's not a bad guy to have on your bench for the tough left-handed reliever.

Baserunning & Defense
Minor league scouts have accused Hart of being a liability in the field. Hal's arm leaves a little to be a desired. Hart isn't a good baserunner. He doesn't get good jumps on steals nor runs sharp routes around the bases.
