Fernando Gonzales
First Baseman | Free Agents

Hitting
Gonzales seems to become especially focused in big situations. Gonzales never has been a patient hitter. Even though you might not start him, he's not a bad guy to have on your bench for the tough left-handed reliever. You can expect Fernando Gonzales to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
He doesn't get good jumps on grounders, but his routes are fine and his hands aren't bad. His arm is accurate enough. He generally takes one base at a time, though he'll take advantage if an outfielder gets lackadaisical.
