Pitching
He has an above-average changeup and the ability to throw from a variety of arm angles. His composure needs work. When Glaze starts getting hit, he gets mad and loses concentration. If you're going in to face Glaze, better be wearing plenty of protection. He's wild. You know, some times I think I can throw harder than Glaze, and that's saying a lot. He's almost as effective against righthanders as he is versus lefthanders.

Defense & Hitting
Glaze's move to first base is average. Glaze never has been a good fielder. Glaze is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Glaze has some pop in his swing. Interesting sidenote, The Free Agents have been known to use Glaze as a pinch-runner on occasion.

2014 Outlook
But if you ask me, I'll pass on Glaze.
