He can hit 90 MPH but is too smart to try to get his fastball past most hitters. He's almost as effective against lefthanders as he is versus righthanders.

Defense & Hitting
Gasperi is nothing special in the field. Gasperi doesn't make much of an attempt to combat the running game. Basestealers ran at will last year.

2014 Outlook
Gasperi has below average skills, even for the low minors. One has to expect the Detroit Polar Bears will give him his walking papers before the end of the season. I just don't know if The Detroit Polar Bears are ever going to get what they expect out of him.
