Eischens is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat. In the past, his critics have accused Eischens of being a liability in the field. Iban's arm leaves a little to be a desired.

2014 Outlook
In one full big league season, Eischens already has done more than what scouts projected when he came out of college.
