Pitching
He's got a really stong arm, so he can blow it by you on occasion. He can get groundballs when he needs them in a jam. Doles can get into trouble with walks, and there's concern about him being able to maintain his stuff over the whole season. He attacks lefties and righties with similar success.

Defense & Hitting
He has a fair pickoff move and isn't a particularly easy target for basestealers. Doles is nothing special in the field.

2014 Outlook
Doles has impressed at the A-ball level. Look for the Morocco Mayhem to give him a shot in Double or Triple A before the year is up. I really like what this kid brings to the table.
