Bill Demeter
Starting Pitcher | Retired or Inactive Players

Pitching
Demeter can get into trouble with walks, and there's concern about him being able to maintain his stuff over the whole season. When his release point drops below three-quarters, his fastball tends to hang in the strike zone. His stuff becomes less sharp as he gets into the late innings. He's almost as effective against lefthanders as he is versus righthanders.

Defense & Hitting
His pickoff move is only fair. Demeter is nothing special in the field. Demeter is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Demeter has some pop in his swing. Interesting sidenote, The Retired or Inactive Players have been known to use Demeter as a pinch-runner on occasion.
