Daubert never has been a patient hitter. In past seasons, Daubert has been a bit of a liability with men on base. Even though you might not start him, he's not a bad guy to have on your bench for the tough left-handed reliever. You can expect Nelson Daubert to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Daubert you're not putting him in for his glove. Nelson's arm leaves a little to be a desired. Daubert often has trouble scoring from second base on singles and goes from first to third only on hits to right field.
