Pitching
His curveball is solid; he throws it better than your average starter. His fastball gets into the high 80s, but it's the sink that makes the pitch effective. He changes speeds well enough to keep righthanders from teeing off on him.

Defense & Hitting
A quick pickoff move and a slide step prevent runners from stealing bases. Burns is nothing special in the field.
