Pitching
Brzenzski performs extremely well in the late innings, but unfortunately his endurance prevents him from getting there very often. He's got a really stong arm, so he can blow it by you on occasion. Brzenzski can get into trouble with walks, and there's concern about him being able to maintain his stuff over the whole season. Brzenzski's fastball is a tick above average, in the 90-91 MPH range on most nights. Brzenzski also has a decent changeup. He's almost as effective against lefthanders as he is versus righthanders.

Defense & Hitting
He has a quick release to the plate, which allows catchers a chance to throw out basestealers. Brzenzski is nothing special in the field. Brzenzski is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Brzenzski has some pop in his swing. Interesting sidenote, The Retired or Inactive Players have been known to use Brzenzski as a pinch-runner on occasion.
