Joe Briggs
Second Baseman | Free Agents

Hitting
Briggs never has been a patient hitter. In past seasons, Briggs has been a bit of a liability with men on base. He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. Even though you might not start him, he's not a bad guy to have on your bench for the tough left-handed reliever. You can expect Joe Briggs to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Briggs you're not putting him in for his glove. Joe's arm leaves a little to be a desired. He has no speed at all and runs the bases conservatively.
