Pitching
He's a finesse pitcher, relying on movement and location. He's got a really stong arm, so he can blow it by you on occasion. Bevel also has a decent changeup. Bevel gives up his share of home runs, but is always around the plate and doesn't give up many walks. He changes speeds well enough to keep righthanders from teeing off on him.

Defense & Hitting
He has a fair pickoff move and isn't a particularly easy target for basestealers. Bevel is nothing special in the field.

2014 Outlook
Bevel has impressed at the A-ball level. Look for the Paris Isotopes to give him a shot in Double or Triple A before the year is up. I really like what this guy brings to the table.
