Bob Bell
Second Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
He has the mental discipline to handle clutch situations. This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. Bell always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
He doesn't get good jumps on grounders, but his routes are fine and his hands aren't bad. His arm is accurate enough. Bell doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a few bases each season without getting caught very often.
