This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. But Dickie's detracters are quick to call attention to his ongoing struggles at the plate with men on base. Baldwin always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. Even though you might not start him, he's not a bad guy to have on your bench for the tough left-handed reliever.

Baserunning & Defense
His defense is solid but unspectacular. Dickie's arm leaves a little to be a desired. Baldwin isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out.
