Ake isn't a fluid left fielder, but he's not afraid to get dirty and gets the job done. His arm is accurate enough. Ake isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out.

If Ake doesn't perform, the Retired or Inactive Players won't hesitate to send him down to the minors.
