Bert Adams
Shortstop | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
Adams always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. The Retired or Inactive Players do tend to sit Adams when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.

Baserunning & Defense
His arm and range are average, and he has a tendency to get lazy with his feet. Adams doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a few bases each season without getting caught very often.
